Engineering manager and builder. I lead engineering teams and spend a lot of time thinking about how good organizations work, how decisions actually get made, and what it takes to build software that matters.
I've gone from hands-on engineering to strategic leadership — hiring, setting roadmaps, building high-performing teams, and making sure engineering actually moves the needle for the business. Along the way I've also built software for clients and had a go at building my own products from scratch, which taught me a lot about execution and what it really takes to ship.
